OSL certainly has some good restaurants. "Salmon House" on internation dep. level is very good. So is the coffee shop in the same place. TGI Fridays is also good for a snack.

The airport does not have any really good resturants.
But Peppes Pizza on the arrivals level is ok, but heavily overprized.
