Upstairs is a fantastic area of empty food courts including a huge buffet salad bar, you can get your own plastic cotainer and fill up as much as often as you like, fruit, veggies, all fresh, tons of choice.
And then you can take this food in your handbaggage on the connecting flight. It's even open at two am, although I have done this three times, and the last time, the attendants were a little more aware.
It's great food and healthy and, for the buffet, you can get a lot of food into your tupperware.
