The main courses were Teriyaki glazed beef fillet with broccolini, pineapple spear and basmati rice with ginger cilantro pesto OR cheese raviolis. For dessert the choices were fruit & cheese OR vanilla ice cream sundae with a choice of hot fudge, strawberry sauce or sweet coffee toppings with whipped cream and chopped walnuts. Drink: Water, Diet Sierra Mist and red wine Comments: A very satisfying and well executed meal. The salad was a bit larger than the usual ones served on mainland US flights and the beef was tender and properly cooked. Comments: I was surprised at how good this basic sandwich really was. And how can a brownie sundae be bad?! My seatmate ended up being Burt Rutan which was totally awesome! For an aerophile like me, I was in geek heaven.
