Comments: Another incredible meal - at least Emirates are consistant. The poached eggs are a bit solid after having been frozen and heated up, but the sauce still has flavour, and the two mushrooms go down very well. The fruit bowl is very good, with a fresh strawberry even in winter. The crossant is soft and light, while the danish would be enough for breakfast on its own. The roll is a bit dry, and the cheese and biscuits are still confusing. The yoghurt bar is a bit cheap and industrial, but still works.

Comments: All this for a three hour flight - in economy!... I mean, you hardly have time to eat it all! And very good it is too. The Omelette is as expected very plain, but comes with a fantastic veal sausage and lovely tender spinach. The fruit bowl is a delight, and the strawberry an unexpected treat. The crossant is soft and light, while the danish speaks for itself in terms of its stickyness. By this point I was a bit lost as to what to do with the roll, let alone the cheese and biscuits. The yoghurt bar is definately something to save for later. All in all one of the best breakfasts ever served in economy.

Meal:
Drink: : open bar. I had a Campari orange as an aperitif.
Comments: Very impressive indeed for an airline meal, especially for economy class. Everything on the tray was good. The ingredients were very fresh, even the hammour fish. The chicken was tender and flavourful. The dessert was as good as any nice cake shop would serve. Even the tea was good and strong. The coffee was a bit bland. Anyway, that beautiful piece of small chocolate ended my meal on a good note!

Comments: The chicken contained a lot of fat but was nice and meaty. The sauce with it was more along the lines of something I would get at a Chinese fast food place in the United States. Fine and dandy but I do not expect Emirates business class to be serving something along the lines of fast food. The noodles were decent but as some parts had been dried too much in the oven, it became a bit too crunchy. How come so many airlines now seem to keep their rice and noodles moist yet Emirates missed it this time round? The fruits, which were moist and fresh, and the fruit custard was the saving grace of this meal! It was exceptional, really well prepared and tasted excellent, just wish there had been more of it; as it was finished within four teaspoons.

Comments: The fruits were fresh and tasted great, as did the Danish. As far as the main dish goes, it was as every bit pleasing. The lamb was tender and the pancakes were excellent, only the eggs were a bit tasteless but that was solved with some pepper. The potatoes were nice and creamy.

Meal: Unexplainable / Inedible Salad?, Chicken Curry, white rice, spinach, dhai boondi, Bread, butter, pickle, milk based desert & Chocolate.
Drink: Bacardi & Coke.
Comments: The Salad? Don’t want to remember it. Chicken curry and rice were good. Spinach was bland and tasteless. Dhai boondi, bread & chocolate were nice. Desert was ok. The meal served could have been better on this day as it was the Day of Eid. And Ek being a middle eastern airline wasn’t offering anything special on their flights for this day. Not even an “Eid mubarak”. Not that I am a muslim, but felt that the Airline should have had some festive spirit on board. Although the Service was good and the flight attendants were helpfull and also asking fellow passangers to make their seats upright for other passangers to have their meal with comfort.
