| Comments: | This time I knew to request my snack & drink coupon, which they forgot to offer again. Interesting that they certainly didn't forget to charge me excess baggage. Everything costs on this airline unless you have the coupons. Return journey two days later was similar, but I decided not to try to squeeze out of the tiny seat to get my camera and upset the other customers. Believe me I don't fly this airline out of choice, but LCY is very convenient for my work being only ten minutes from my office. They used to be a lot better a couple of years ago, but since their rebranding and the introduction of their low cost FLYBE enterprise it's buried itself in low quality too: sadly I've seen no reduction in price on any of the flights I've taken. I suppose that's progress for you. |
