Comments:	Pasta was cooked well, although bit dry. Sauce was good, and so do the cheese cake. Garuda serves Java coffee, Toraja coffee, and also instant coffee. I chose instant coffee and also tried Toraja coffee which was nice as well.

Comments:	Italian sausage per definition is made with pork, this is not port, therefore this is NO Italian sausage. Furthermore the pasta is extremely overcooked. I wouldn't have expected such a bad food even in economy.

Meal:	Sushi? Cold cuts? you'll have to decide. The meal was presented as sushi but honestly the canned tuna sushi looks more like a side. Asparagus with beef pastrami and capsicum salad. Ice cream and fruit.

Comments:	Very small portion. the sushi with canned tuna is not a business class standard for a flight with that price tag. I expected at least fresh tuna or salmon. On a different note TV monitor and reading lights were not working so I didn't enjoy the only thing left to enjoy: food

Comments:	I was upgraded to C class due to fully-booked flight. Snack was too small in term of quantity and size compare those in Y class. Quality was adequate. After tray service, cabin crew ran down the aisle to offer the choice of juices. Good service.
