Flight Duration: 1h42m
Aircraft type: Boeing 737-800

chicken nuggets, Spanish tortilla with stewed bell peppers, apple cake.
Drink: Freixenet cava
Comments: Satisfying meal for such a short flight. Pleasant service. Food

Route: Madrid MAD Tenerife TFN, UX-9706, 7 Aug
2003
Ticket price: $ 200,00 coach one way
Flight duration: 2h40 (plus 30 minutes delay in MAD and
a missed baggage at arrival in TFN )
Aircraft type & class: B-737-800
Business or leisure trip: leisure
Meal: NOTHING (Air Europa new policy: pay per food,
per water, per everything. Nobody advice me in advance about the new style)
Contents of the meal?: MENU LIST (fast food menu list plastified paper
type)
Drink: NOTHING (not even a glass of water)
Comments: The worst flight ever. Ticket purchased more
than 30 days in advance. The FA. or CC. care much more about to sell the
fast food (2 times expensive than airport prices) than to care about the
obligations of the job. They were more worried about spare change than
to service the pax. Never seen before in more than 60 airlines flown.
If they want to reduce costs, first reduce pilots and executives salaries,
don´t touch the pax. I think the new style is some kind of Seven
Eleven Flight Services.

Flying from: Palma Mallorca PMI to Madrid MAD, 12 March
2003
Flight duration: 50 mins
Aircraft type & class: B737, economy
Meal: breakfast - we received a mug and something
in it. After opening this something it turned out that it contained some
cookies, chocolate and sugar for the coffee (or tea). The food itself
was not anything special, but the wrapping style was very nice.
Drink: coffee, tea or mineral water
Comments: I remained hungry ;-)
