Comments: You can’t imagine how happy I was to see this sandwich comming down the aisle. As I’m a frequent traveller on the ZRH-LYS route, I told my fellow students that there used to be a sandwich, they began to tease me on the first flight because there was none. Thanks AF, I got my “revenche” :-) F/A Séverine did a good job, she even offered a glass of still water to the pax chosing coffee, tea or wine. On these planes there is only one F/A, flight was full and the cruise last only about 40 minutes, but still an individual and friendly service. Thumbs up!

Comments: On this flight they used to serve a sandwich, as it is during meal time. First I thought it was cost-cutting, but as we got a sandwich on the flight back, it may was a food, meal, catering mistake. Anyway, I have to rate what I have got, and this was not enough for lunch. Additionaly, the F/A wasn’t
very friendly.

Comments: GREAT! I was the only passenger in this 30-seat-plane. The crew was so friendly and dedicated. The F/A came to me and said: I hope you are hungry, I have 14 sandwiches and 12 bottles of wine for you. I managed to eat 3 of them. As the second bottle of wine was a different one as the first she even gave me a new class. The only negative aspect: For wine, this glasses are to big.
BTW: As I was seated in the exit row I got this funny special tray on the
seat next to me.

Comments: Very nice! As we were flying during French lunch time, we received a large and tasty sandwich (choice of ham or salmon) produced by Zurich food, meal, catering, as “enjoy your meal” is also written in Swiss german! As a female AF F/O was on board, the male F/A spent nearly the hole flight chatting with her and wasn’t very attentive. He also forgot the refreshing towel. But, as I said, the meal was good.

She made the service and sat around for 40 minutes...
