Comment: Very average inflight meal... very disappointed they only served cold and hard bun for the meal. ** Note that this flight was operated by Air Japan, crews were mostly nice but their English level isn't good enough compare with other Asian Airlines!!**

Comments: I was a bit hungry and askjed the flight attendant for a snack. The lovely flight attendant, Ms. Usami said that they had some Cup Noodles but as they didn't want the other Y-class passengers to know (there wasn't enough), she would bring it to my seat. She brought it to my seat on a tray covered in a white napkin... :-)

Comments: The flight was delayed at NRT due to a technical fault so they did the pre meal drink service on the ground... In terms of the meal itself, the portions were small but food quality was surprisingly good. The nice NH cabin crew gave me a second helping of the main course. I wasn't sure what flavour the pudding was (one reason to have a printed menu is for us to know that they're serving us...) but it did the trick at the end of the meal...

Comments: I last flew with All Nippon about 2 years ago and I have noticed the sharp drop in standards on their in-flight food, meal, catering... Crew were good and very friendly but that doesn't make up for the small portions on their main meals... One interesting thing about their meal service is they have an insulated cloth bag to keep their bread rolls warm... I don't know of any other airline that does that.
For the first time in so many years, I was still hungry after the meal that I had to ask the cabin attendent for a second helping. To my surprise, he didn't only give me another main meal, but he also passed me the entire tray!
