Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 1. It was filling
The food, meal, catering and service on this flight was a JOKE. If I had paid full fare for this ticket I would have been climbing the walls. Service was a word unknown by the ancient cabin crew who were so in a rut and any deviation from their routine was disgusting to them. One staff member even decided to accuse the entire business class cabin of straling a bose headset, when in fact, someone hadnt counted correctly.
I saw another one bang a passenger on his head to attract his attention because she couldnt be bothered to move the cart.
Overall food was insipid, extremely badly presented and tasteless...

Here goes:
[pic 177] * Stuffed tomato with tuna salad and premade lettuce with radish and a bit of tasteless parmesan. Amuse bouche and salad were presented together because crew "couldn't be bothered."

[pic 178] * Chateubriand stew with spinach and dauphin potatoes wedge. Translation a disgusting stew that had been reheated from a can. Again no presentation. The battered cart was rolled down the aisle and this was dumped on the tray.

[pic 179] * Alternate was roast pork fillet. This was dry and bland. In fact it was like shoe leather. The vegetables were non descript and tasteless.

[pic 180] * We had to ask for both cheese and dessert. As you can see they were hardly wonderful. Tough cheddar and a few grapes. The ice cream sundae was disgustingly made and someone's culinary expertise from AA's "enclave of chefs" thought cutting up a mars bar on top of the ice cream was a good touch. It was childish. I got no drink with this again.
