Ticket Price: Too Much
Flight duration: 8 hours
Aircraft type & class: Boeing 777-200 J Classs (Business)
Business or leisure trip: Leisure trip
Meal Type: Breakfast
OJ, Small plate for fresh fruit, Scone (way too dry and tasteless and
why no clotted cream.. this was London we just departed from?), Yogurt
(from a container...they never heard of a bowl in business class?), Omelette
with Gruyere cheese (was very rubbery) served with smoked trout (WAS GREAT)
and Potato Cakes (had a strange taste to them). The other selections were
Cinnamon French Toast or Pork Tenderloin.
Drink: Booze for those who need it at 8am , I had lots
of water and OJ.
Comments: The flight crew was great, the new business class seating is
much better than before, you now have leg room as before it was like being
in coach.
Rating 1-10 ( worst-best): 8 The clotted cream and a
scone with taste would have been nice. Also, this was a flight from London
and the only tea AA has is from a plain tea bag.....come on AA...try to
serve some British Tea on your London flights.

Meal type: Bistro/Lunch (Vegan)
Contents of the meal: Pita wrap with fresh veggies, pretzels, and crackers
Drink: Cranberry apple cocktail
Comments: I was quite surprised at the high quality of
this meal. The
pita wrap was fresh and very tasty. The pretzels were quite interesting:
they came in the shape of hearts. This meal was certainly far better (and
healthier) than the regular meat/cheese sandwiches and, again, I was greatly
surprised at AA for the high quality.

looked much
better than the regular meals. The salad was not fresh and barely had
anything besides lettuce, the main course was very bland and had no taste
whatsoever, while the fruit was okay-ish.

wasn’t, tasted like stewing steak. The beans were nice, and the
rice over cooked. The dessert was lovely however and the highlight of
the meal.
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 7 - the dessert brought the
