Route: London Heathrow- Montreal, Dorval BA095, 22 Apr 2004
Ticket price: $478 Canadian
Flight duration: 7.5 hrs
Aircraft type & class: Boeing 777-2 Economy
Business or leisure trip: Leisure
Meal type: Dinner
Contents of the meal: Beef, potato, mixed veg, fresh salad, bread roll, trifle, kit-kat.
Drink: Red wine and two vodka and tonics. (see comments)
Comments: This was a very bumpy ride for over an hour with the crew and passengers confined to their seats, so drink and meal service was
delayed. When the crew could finally walk safely down the aisles they did a great job of feeding all the hungry passengers and making up for lost time by giving out double drinks. 10 out of 10 for the crew.

Comments: New bigger tray with same quality food but with a better display. It's also nicer to have a bottle of water which is much more convenient than a half dozen glass of water that your getting from the galley. Route: BCN - LHR, 15 Mar 2004
Ticket price: £85.5
Flight duration: 2.15 h
Aircraft type & class: B767, Economy
Business or leisure trip: Leisure
Meal type: Lunch
Contents of the meal: Same thing as I got in when I came but change it from Yogurt to Mineral water and Kitkat
Drink: Gin&Tonic, coke, coffe
Comments: The food was ok. Don't need to be perfect for a short flight and the price like this. There was 2 hours delay and we was sitting on the plane with out drink or food until we were on the sky. I think that what the cabin crew has been told by the airline to do so......
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 5 for the food, 7 for the cabin crew on that day.
