Thai fish cakes with herbs and spices covered in a splash of tomato and
basil dressing, served with green beans, spinach and asparagus. Great
combination.
Drink: Orange juice
Comments: Fish cakes were perhaps over-spiced, drowning
out the flavour of the fish. British Airways always have the best seafood,
so this is a real shame. Still, it was really lovely and the sauce complemented
the rest of the dish fantastically.

One of the biggest lamb-shanks I have ever seen. Looked really tender
and juicy. Covered in just the right amount of gravy, mixed with onions.
All served on a bed of fresh green lettuce.
Drink: Orange juice
Comments: Didn't eat it myself, but a colleague of mine
- AND the passengers - all exclaimed about how nice it was. I'm not a
big fan of lamb, so can't give it a perfect ten.
