Comments: Not much to comment upon here, other than to say avoid the nibbles at all cost! A bit surprised we didn't get hot food on a 2 hour flight, but what we did have was good.

So two other points. 1. When are BMI going to get rid of these boxes, they just get in the way. 2. How do we start a campaign to get metal cutlery used again on planes. We all know that the bottles and glasses we use are just as good as weaponry.

The infamous bmi breakfast panini

Comments: Early morning departure from LHR to Belfast City. This means a bmi Panini! I went for the bacon (other choice was ham & cheese). Size of panini seems to have reduced since I last had one...bacon was so salty but after getting used to it, I thought that it went well with the bread. It's good that bmi print the ingredients and 'nutritional information' on the packaging... at least we know how many calories there are and what artificial ingredients we are consuming!

Comments: The alternative to the vegetarian risotto was a pork sausage and apple thing which didn't sound too appetising, so unusually for me I took the vegetarian option. Turned out to be a good idea. The risotto was very tasty. The sliced fruit selection was very fresh. I still miss the cheese on British Midland.
