Aircraft type & class: Y Class
Meal type: Dinner - Dinner was a choice of Waldolf salad & Salmon and chicken breast in tomato/mushroom sauce with pumpkin and potatoes OR "Yung Kee" braised fish with veggie and rice. A nice, small tub of Movenpick ice cream followed the meal (3 flavors- Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry). A piece of X'mas cake in the shape of the "star of David" in a pretty silver box came with the meal.
Drink: OJ and Coke.
Comments: "The broccoli that came with the chicken tasted like it was soaked in salt! Meal was average in taste. The fish gravy didn't go well with the rice..."

Flying from: London LHR to Hong Kong HKG, 8 December 2002
Aircraft type & Class: A340 Business Class
Meal type: Supper - Seasonal Salad with Hot Smoked Salmon served with Lemon Olive Oil Dressing, Noodles with Wonton in Soup
Drink: Water
Comments: "The smoked salmon was not hot as described but salad was good because of the light dressing housed in the little glass bottle. Wonton was good but noodle just passable. The meal supposed to have chicken in oyster sauce or seared haddock but both ran out before I finished the noodles!!! Something impossible for business class."
