Meal type: Breakfast
Juice selection
Fresh fruit platter
Yoghurt, Muesli or Cornflakes
Egg tortilla served with field mushroom and tomato
or
Chinese dim sum with fried noodles.
Croissants, muffins, soft rolls, Danish pastries
Comments: The first items
were pretty standard. The breads were all good. I had a wholemeal roll and my
wife had a blueberry muffin. The egg tortilla was good. Not dried-out and quite
tasty, The huge half piece mushroom (the black stuff in the lower left hand
corner of the dish) was a surprise. It tasted much better than it looked. The
Chinese dim sum was ok. Being re-heated, the dumplings and noodles were a bit
dry and hard at the edges. Not as good as the dim sum on the ground, but, nevertheless,
a good effort. We both had hot chocolate served in a mug.
Ratings: Tortilla 8 and the dim sum 6. Faultless service which
made up for the old business class seats!
