Comments: Delicious, elegantly presented, perfect portions,
tasty and satisfying. Great to have full metal cutlery (which is also
very stylish). Wines were exceptional - Puligny Montrachet and Chateau
Lynch-Bages.
Rating 1-10: 9 - hard to beat, but missed some of the
more luxurious ingredients such as foie gras, caviar, tsar salmon or truffles
that you can have on longer-haul sectors with Cathay.
