Comments: Good but not enough. No starter. Cake was very small, not a lot of meat.

A wicker basket containing a focaccia bread sandwich filled with air dried beef, gherkin and tomato, a mixed nuts and fruits pacjage, a cheese (gruyere) wedge, a chocolate finger biscuit, an Appenzeller marzipan cake.
Drink: Coke out of a good selection of juices and other beverages.
Comments: This is a scheduled charter flight, leaving at around dinner time. The snack was perfeclty adequate, with a tasty sandwich and delicious Appenzeller cake, a Swiss specialty. The idea of using a wicker basket was great, getting rid of standard plastic trays for a warmer service. Staff was simply great.
