Aircraft: ATR-72
Meal: Snack - Shell pasta with salmon ragout; Selection of cheeses; Prince Polo

Comments: This was unexpected; I never was served a meal on a short turboprop
flight, and this snack was pretty good. The hardest part was trying to eat it
given the cramped seating.

Route: Warsaw - Krakow, 23 Feb 2005
Flight duration: 1 hour
Aircraft type&class: ATR 72 economy
Business or leisure trip: leisure
Meal type: snack
Contents of the meal: A chocolate candy
Drink: Tea
Comments: Well... it was tasty, but frankly speaking I`d expect more during
such flight. Few years ago there were sandwiches and chocolate bars as
well as Danish Pastry cookies served aboard EuroLOT`s domestic flights...
However, this is not the first airline to save money on food, meal, catering, so better
to have a candy than not to have anything... However, the flight attendants
were very nice, offering additional tea as I had to wait aboard for almost
an hour for the rest of the passengers to come (there was congested traffic
at Okecie airport)...
Rating: 3 for food, meal, catering and 10 for the crew !!!

Comments: Normally you get a small cookie or wafer, but
this time EuroLOT served a Christmas Eve present - very tasty egg sandwich.
Unusual on a short domestic flight.

Ticket price: 270 PLN (return ticket) - about 70 $
Flight duration: 50 min
Aircraft type & class: ATR72 - domestic flight -
only economy class
Meal type: snack - small orange juice, "delicje"
- Polish speciality (small cakes with orange jam and chocolate)
Drink: only small juice, no cofee, no tea ! (LOT Polish
Airlines not long time ago changed domestic service for this very limited)

but really coffee or tea isn't very expansive

Flying from: Warsaw (WAW) to Szczecin (SZZ), 26 January
2003
Ticket price: 214 zl (= about 61$)
Flight duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Aircraft type & class: ATR 42-500, economy
Meal type: snack - sweet breadroll and a hazelnut bar
Drink: I had an orange juice, there was also choice of:
mineral water,
coca-cola, tea, coffee, and other juices
Comments: Our aircraft took off at 13:40, so I think
it was rather time
to eat sandwich than a sweet breadroll... However, I enjoyed my
hazelnut bar. I think that EuroLOT`s menu consisted of Danish Pastry
cookies, which was introduced a couple years earlier, was much, much
better. However, they still give a sandwich and a cake on morning flights.
