Comments: Another surprise. I've never think that Chinese congee will be available in a flight that's from Paris. The congee's a little bit thick (but understood, since it's easier to transport), the croissant was so crispy, just like fresh from the bakery. Amazing.

Comments: It's a wonderful surprise. It's a little bit cold in the plane and I really miss the hot Chinese food (bread and bread in my trip). The noodles was hot and very tasty, even more enjoyment if you drink the noodle soup. EVA's staff is very nice and many western passengers want to try more (seafood flavour is also available), they just give away until you satisfied. The meal was simple but it beats many airmeals.
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 10 (Tell me, who dare to serve hot soup and noodles with soup in the cabin? I bet it's not many)

Comments: One of the best airmeal I've ever had! The chicken meat's so tender, tiramisu was so creamy, even the apple juice isn't too sweet.
