Comments: The cassarole was not very inspiring, but not too bad. The meals were served when the aircraft has barely reached cruising altitude. Within 15 minutes or so, everyone was eating. Talk about efficiency! The best part is the chocolate cake. It was surprisingly delicious. Drink service was quick as well. Overall, good job EVA!

Comments: Very nice meal and piping hot! A definite improvement over their usual economy and economy deluxe meals. A wide variety of breads and wines were offered to accompany. EVA also gives snacks (instant noodles in economy, noodles, and fried dishes in business) throughout the flight on demand.
