Comments: This is not a Kid's meal. It is served to all passengers.
Because "HelloKitty" character is drawn on this airplane.
Usually eel sushi is not warmed to eat.

was colored pink.It is not a good feeling visually.
However, I forgive it because it is very cute!

Drink: Apple Juice
Comments: The entree (Japanese style cold noodles) were great with the
nice soy sauce dressing. The sliced fruits and desserts were great too
with the red bean dessert just right and not too sweet. The chicken was
the problem. It was horrible and after one mouthful I couldn't have anymore.

Meal: Dinner (Flight no. BR 857) - Orange juice, chocolate sponge cake,

Drink: I had tea.
Comments: I had similar comments as compared to my 4th Jan flight entering
TPE.
Again, applause to EVA Air for providing hot meals. I like having chicken
on board (as no choice was provided).
The chicken was a little bit over-cooked so it wasn't very tender but
still tasted good. Rice was okay and nothing could go wrong with the vegetables
so no comments.
Can anyone tell me what was the name of the sauce for chicken? I couldn't
tell at all.
As you can objectively tell the portion was small. I had dinner before
flight and still I wouldn't feel too filled after this meal.
FAs were attentive and nice again. I was awarded with automatic update
to business class too (although there was no improvement in in-flight
services as compared to economy class).

and melon.
Drink: I had tea. (not in picture)
Comments: Actually, I was very happy for having a hot meal on such a short
flight, esp when competitors stop providing it.
Two thumbs up for EVA Air on this.
The hot meal was not hot enough and portion was rather small. Too much
water in rice too. Nevertheless I was quite satisfied with the fruit,
sweet and tasted right. Watermelon was not fresh though. Metal utensils,
glass cups made me feel having a real lunch.
I wish EVA can offer a round of drinks from cart.
BTW, I must say the FAs were very attentive and helpful.

Rating: 10 (for meal), 10 (for service)
Comments: Very surprising to see a great Indian meal on a Taiwanese carrier.
I thought it is rare to see specially prepared salad to go with a special
meal. Paratha was extremely good and soft but with a bit more oil. Pea
curry was heavenly. The grains in the dessert were bigger than what I
would expect for regular Kesari Baath which is made of sooji / rava, but
I think this dessert was a variation of Kesari Baath. The best meal I
have had on a plane accompanied by excellent service.

Comments: I was surprised to see a good Indian meal on a Taiwanese airline.
Main item didn't look familiar - was something like idly with vegetable
topping. Good breakfast to end a very long flight. Food trays are typically
shallow on most airlines - not sufficient food. Very good service; flight
attendants were very courteous especially to the few non-Chinese. Recommended.

cooked Chinese-style where rice is cooked with little more water such
that grains of rice are sticky instead of Indian-style where grains are
