Comments It is rare that a meal is remembered mainly for its dessert, but today's lunch was one such meal. Peter van der Poel carries the title of "Master Ice Dessert Creator" according to the menu card, and it is easy to see why. The dessert was the ultimate in culinary orgasm, made even sweeter by the fact we were at 30000 feet. Bravo KLM, bravo.

Comments Adequate meal, but lacking imagination. The stuffed chicken breast was excellent, but the appetizer was nothing memorable. Dessert too was lacking, especially compared to the usual specialities uploaded ex-Amsterdam. Service was wonderful though.

Comments It was a hot Toronto afternoon and the chilled champagne was a welcome way to relax. Impressively, the crew came around to ensure our glasses were kept topped off while we waited for Economy Class to board behind us.

prawns and cold cuts of braised chcicken on a bed of wild/greenrice with hazlenuts/dressing and lemon. Hot rolls with butter. Chocolate/raisin cake with whipped cream.
Drink: still water and coffee.
Comments Very tasty cold meal for a short evening flight. Suckulent prawns, tasty cuts of chicken! The rice was nicely flavoured by the dressing but still gave the meal a healthy touch. The lemon added extra flavour. The chocolate cake was very heavy and had excelent taste, nice with klm's columbian coffee!
