Flying from: Incheon ICN (Rep. of Korea) to San Francisco SFO,
20 October 2002
Class: Business
Meal type: Dinner - Appetizer was smoked salmon and pate accompanied
by a seasonal mix of garden greens; the main course was a steak with potatoes,
green beans and carrots; a fruit and cheese course followed by a dessert of
Charlotte Royal
Drink: Water and Bordeaux, Chateau Valoux, 1998
Comments: "I fly this sector 4 times a year and the menu
does not change!! All in all a decent meal given the company is serving 35 other
passengers at 35,000 ft. I was full following the meal and was able to lean
back and sleep until we were awaken an hour and a half from SFO for Breakfast.
I could not bring my self to eat the hot breakfast ( too uncomfortble from the
10 hr flight) and settled on the fresh fruit, yogurt and croissant w/jam."
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): The meal was not bad but I deducted
a point for not rotating the menu~!! 7.
