Flight duration: 12 Hours
Aircraft type & class: 747-400 First Class
Business or leisure trip: leisure
Meal type: Dinner
Contents of the meal: Fried Snapper with a chili-sauce, rice and horrid
looking veggies! Dessert though was SUPERB! A Rasberry-Almond cream cheese-cake
that was out-of-this-world!
Drink: Mineral Water and Ginger Tea
Comments: Again, very very boring and un-impressive food. Korean Air is
really cutting costs on their food. read their websites First Class meal
and it was NOTHING like what i was served on wither long-haul flight!
However that ice-cream cheescake was un-forgettable, all else was.....well......truly
forgettable.
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 2 For the cheescake

over. Fruit was perfectly chilled. Seafood was boring, even with curry!

Comments: Korean Airlines has a lot to work on with their meals. By far
the most un-impressive meal I have ever had ESPECIALLY in First Class.
I had ready about caviar on their website and there was no Caviar to be
seen and to make matters worse, they don't offer dessert, even with the
western menu!

Flight duration: 13 hours
Aircraft type & class: Coach
Business or leisure trip: Liesure
Meal: Lunch
Pasta with a tomato and cheese sauce, cheesecake, roll, and salad
Drink: Water
Comments: The pasta was overdone and I really dislike
peas. The main course was lukewarm at the time I was served. I should
have chosen the fish! The cheesecake however was surprisingly good and
the salad was crisp. The roll came in an airtight cellophane wrapper and
it wasn't warm at all.

Business or leisure trip: Both
Meal: Lunch and Dinner
Lunch:
Main: Bibimbop (Please see picture #035 for description)
Side dish: Pickled radish slices and seaweed soup
Dessert: Fresh fruits
Dinner:
Appitizer:Crab meat salad (Crab meats, cucumber, onion in some dressing
consisting vineger)
Main: Baked fish accompanied with potato cubes and vegitables in Tomato
Sauce
Dessert: Apple pie topped with an orange slice
Others: Korean hot pepper paste and slightly harden table roll
Drink: Anything you want, as always! I had Guava Juice
(The Best!).
Comments: KE really did nice job on meals once again.
However, veggies in Bibimbop was bitter, and appeared to be too heavy
for in-flight consumption, and table roll was bit hard, as mentioned,
due to heating, but didn't mind at all. What I kind of minded is that
the choices of meals for US-flights are pretty much united!
