Comments: just a small breakfast before arrival at Frankfurt. In my opinion, the First Class Terminal/lounges also offer a very nice breakfast. So, no need to disturb a good sleep onboard. Still a very good breakfast with fresh eggs on request.

Comments: The second meal service on this long flight. The meal was overheated. In the pictures above, the black/brownish stains on the side of the dish as a result of overheating are clearly visible. As a result the gravy was very dry. The turkey was dry too. I was famished at this point of time on a long flight and tried my level best to attack this meal without much success. During this meal service, the crew did come around with coffee once but there was no tea served, despite couple of requests by me & a fellow passenger across the aisle.
This flight had the crew from hell. For the first meal served on this flight, my meal order was botched and instead of trying to resolve the situation the crew including the flight purser tried to pretend it was not their fault & were very confrontational.
In the end, after approx 25 minutes after the meal service was completed they did "find" some kindda meal i could consume, but by then i had lost my appetite. Bottomline very poor & unacceptable service provided on this flight.

Fruit youghurt & bread roll with butter.

Comments: Breakfast served before landing at FRA. Lackluster presentation. The omelette was rubbery. The tomato gravy on the side was tasteless. The bread roll & fruit salad was the saving grace. All in all a very mediocore breakfast.
FA's on this flight did a good job during meal service.

Comments: First leg of my Xmas flight from Mumbai to Denver. This flight takes off from Mumbai at 3:25 in the morning. Snack served soon after takeoff. The roll was warm and delicious. The cutlet was tasteless. The inflight service provided was adequate.

Comments: A before dinner drink was offered I chose bloody marry (4/10). We were given a choice of Turkey or Lamb. The Bun was very hard and cold (1/10) the swiss cheese was nice (7/10). Salad was qiute tasteful and unique (8/10), main meal was poor with the turkey very dry and the gravey not so flavourable, as well as the noodels and carrots (4/10). Carrot Cake (4/10). The Wine (5/10). The FA's were attentive and offered more rounds of drinks.
