Comments: The goulasch doesn't look too impressive but was good. Spaetzle was great.
The creme brulee wasn't a 'brulee' at all. More like a flan. The green teak gave it a really odd taste and color.

Appetizer -
Green salad with tomato dressing, smoked salmon with celery root remoulade, creme fraiche and caviar

Main course -
Halibut with wild Garlic butter, mushrooms and potatoes

Dessert -
Cheese plate and pineapple carpaccio with cilantro semifreddo
Drink: A german Riesling, coffee and cognac with dessert
Comments: A really great meal. The tomato dressing on the salad was just great.

The whole cabin had this wonderful aroma while they were heating up the main courses. The other choice was a wok seared chicken with thai green curry sauce which also looked and smelled great. Oddly, even though the halibut had this wonderful garlicky aroma, it wasn't overpowered with garlic at all.
Pineapple with cilantro semifreddo sounds really odd, but it was incredible! The pineapple was marinated with basil and with the semifreddo was a really good taste combination. The cheese plate was much better quality then what was served out of Chicago.

Comments: really good. Omlette was not greasy or tough at all. Spinach was great.

Comments: very nice service- the ratatouille with the swordfish was excellent, fish was a little dry though
Only thing remiss was the cheese plate. Nothing out of the ordinary. You could have gotten any of these cheeses out of a supermarket cold case

Comments: Pasta was the only choice and it is the worst dish i've ever ate in a flight. The crew were unfriendly. I could have beg for a simple smile. I think it is so connected to the class I was traveling. It is hard to expect this condition from an airline such as lufhansa.

Comments: The main dish had wired taste...... I put a lot of Salt and Peppers to eat.... The inflight service on LH is extremly simple and not exciting at all.
