Route: Amsterdam - Munich, 8 Dec 2003
Ticket price: free
Flight duration: 1h 25m
Aircraft type & class: Canadair Regional Jet 700
- Economy
Business or leisure trip: business
Meal type: a joke
Contents of the meal: cheese hard like a stone, butter and chives
Drink: black tea and soda
Comments: "Well, at least you get something to eat.
Wouldn't eat that again though it's included.
By the way, the only differences to business class is that there you get
a full meal and a free magazine."

Route: Munich - Amsterdam, 5 Dec 2003
Ticket price: free
Flight duration: 1 h 35m
Aircraft type & class: Canadair Regional Jet 100
- Economy
Business or leisure trip: business
Meal type: definitely "snack"
Contents of the meal: choice of cheese or ham roll
Drink: Black Tea with one piece of sugar
Comments: The service of Lufthansa is really good, you
can expect high-quality. The comfortable leatherseats and the fantastic
legspace make everything beyond that unnecessary. Though snack was not
excellent, but also not bad - I would say common. The nice lady next to
me got this dessert from her friends who were sitting in the business-class.
Delicious!

Flying from: Munich MUC to Birmingham BHX, 8 October
2002
Class: Business
Meal type: Snack/lunch - Salad, beef stew with veggies
and noodles, pineapple cheesecake
Drink: Diet coke and vile tea
Comments: "Cheesecake was nice. I’d forgotten
to order a special meal, so didn’t eat the beef. LH business class
food has been fine previously though. I hadn’t learned my lesson
about the tea from the outbound sector."

2002
Class: Economy
Meal type: Breakfast (drinks) - Choice of cheese or ham
roll. This is the cheese, with some tomato and lettuce
Drink: OJ and vile tea
Comments: "The OJ was OK. The tea was weak and lukewarm,
with coffee creamer instead of milk."
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 1. Some of the worst tea we’ve
ever drunk.
