Beef with gravy on rice with steamed vegtables. Also included a bun, cheese, crackers, and a Brownie for desert. The brownie was very good.

Comments: The rice was tasteless, the vegtables were mushy, and the beef was mostly congealed gravy. The bun was also a litle stale.

Comments: this meal is tastier than the standard meal (believe it or not) However the veg saussage is the same as the inbound veg meal!!. As with the standard breakfast, the blueberry muffin only had two berries in it! the bread roll was hard enough to be used as a weapon!!!!
