Comments: I love a real, traditional breakfast when I fly. You get really hot bread and everything, and you get in a good mood for some reason. Herring is NOT a good way to start your day.
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): Always a 10 for classic breakfast, it tastes good, and you get a lot of stuff to play with. :)

Contents of the meal: a loads of italian ham underneath the salad.
A pasta salad, with cream cheese of somekind, and veggies and salad.
A melon mix salad, and a wide selection of warm rolls. As dessert there was a selection of different danish's. I chose a simple one.
Drink: Everyting u liked, I sticked to OJ and tea.
Comments: A filling although simple meal. But good after a long flight. The newly baked danish's was perfect.
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): 10, cause of the fresh bakery selection:)

Just after takeoff snack:
A dark bread, with salad, and salmon, witha twist of lemon.
Drink: O/j and coke.. but u could have anything u wanted. Champagne and that stuff was before departure.

(048) Salad, several types of fresh salad, with herb olive oil dressing.
Starter: duck liver patee with a red union salsa and salad
(049) Main: Steamed salmon with potato puree and baked avocado with a tomato sauce.
(049) Cheese: camembert and old fashion norwegian cheese called Jalsberg
(050) Dessert: A good lemon and chokolate cheese cake with fresh fruits
Drink: Anything u wanted, but I sticked to o/j water and coke.. and a cup of tea
Coments: A filling meal, indeed. Although the hot dish could have looked better... it tastet just great. And the most friendly crew I've ever met in my life.
Rating: a 10, for both the food and the crew. It really is Scandinavien:)

Comments: Reasonable, though rather tasteless. Later in the flight they served gummi bears, passed by four or five times with juice and water, and an hour and a half before landing they served microwaved pizza in cardboard boxes.
