Comments: Pretty good. Wasn't expecting much, not sure how we got into
"Economy Flex" class, we purchased the ticket on the BMI codeshare
as part of a bigger ticket on AA stock (with all other AA segments), and
it happened to be issued "B" class, which I think is the code
for SAS's Economy plus product.

Comments: well, when you start reading the impressive descriptin of sas
flight menues you start to dream about your ongoing flight experience
- if it gets real on the plate in front of you you will soon get back
on the ground - its all about airline food, a bit more like coach, a bit
mor style in terms of fine linen, real china and so on but the final result
isnt that far away of coach meals, to be honest
the salad was fresh and appetising & i liked the change of clothing
into those chefcook style of two of the flight attendends during the mealservice,
but at the final end they did serve the serve the maincourse heated up
in the microwave as usualy, just a kind of a show nothing that keeps your
palate awake
apart from the midrange taste of the menue i was impresed by the absoutly
synchronised service in both rows of the aged A340 after several glases
of champagne it appeared like a ballet to me that the mostly female FA's
on this flight opened the curtain at the same time on both sides of the
bizz section for service and finished at almost the same time
i know that has nothing to do with the quality of meals but it kept it
in mind more than the meals itself

Comments: On all flights of SAS Braathens you have to buy food in economy
class. On their flights out of Norway, they offer the very norwegian version
of a sandwich. This is called "matpakke" and consists of two
open sandwiches, separated by a paper. Taste was quite good and this is
something different than the boring triangle sandwiches. Price was 50
NOK for matpakke and coffee.
