Meal type: Dinner
107 - Chilled malossol caviar with melba toast, condiments and a glass of vodka.

110 - A selection of fresh from from the fruit basket
111 - Dessert - Warm banana and lotus paste strudel with sesame ice cream and vanilla sauce

Comments: This 8 course dinner (Skipped the soup, cheese and the cappuccino was not taken) was absolutely fabulous in terms of quantity and quality. Vodka was served to accompany the caviar, a first for me. Salad was nice, and the main course prepared by the SIA International Culinary Panel was excellent, I wish I could have a second as it the chicken and the cheese toast tasted just great! Definetely a 5 star hotel production! The dessert recommended by the crew was also one of the best dessert I've had in First. Another thing is the presentation of the meals were fabulous, which builds up your appetite!

Flight Duration: 3 hours 15 minutes

105 - Salad and Pasta, a roll, main course was the Stir fried chicken with spring onion and ginger, seasonal vegetables and steamed rice

Drink: Mineral Water, Lemonade came later
Comments: Despite the kit-kat and crackers were gone, and the appetiser was downgraded (Before it was usually a seafood cocktail or something more high - class), the taste was good - And hot, even the roll was warm! Again, Magnum ice-cream is iressitible!

095 - A selection of fresh fruit
096 - Cornflakes with full cream milk
097 - Mixed grill of lam, veal and chicken sausage with meat jus, roasted tomato, hash brown, mushrooms and potatoes
Drink: Freshly brewed coffee, water, 1999 maglieri shiraz red wine.
Comments: A very average meal I'd say. Rich in quality but lack of quality. Fresh Fruit was too sweet because it was soaked in syrup. Cereal was just cereal. And for the mixed grill, too oily! Taste was alright, just that I never expected something that oily in the morning! The hashbrown was also a disaster, even worst that the ones as Macaas!
