Comments: although I also did the inbound flight into JFK with SIA´s Raffles Class, I will only comment this outbound flight, because nothing (including the crew) seemed to be or go normaly.

Service started real slow, welcome drink and after take off drink was behind scedule. When service began, the flight also became very bumpy. By the time the main course was served, it was so bumpy, that we had to hold our glasses up in the air, to not spill everything.
Service than was cancelled by the captain due to the weather conditions. After 45 min it went on, but unfortunable I was not longer able to eat one small bit :-)) Therefor, I don´t have any pix of the cheese and the icecream. Sorry.
So far, Dinner was good, the kingprawns and the topping was very delicous, the lamb was to much cooked and not really hot.
But my choise from the inbound flight "honey glazed duckling" had the same problem too, it seems to be that way up in the sky...
Worst thing has yet to come and it was breakfast. After sleeping two hours in their fantastic "space bed", we were woken up very "violently" by turning on the cabin lights. :-( Breakfast - as shown in the pic - contained of more or less fruits, bread and butter (and of course your choise of coffee, tea o.e.). No marmelade, no cheese nothing. Even butter was not at all enough for one big (and I admitt - warm) roll.
Very very disapointing :-(
Sorry for the poor quality of the first pictures.
Rating 1-10 (worst-best): Crew was not overly friendly, so they only get a (5), and a (6) for Dinner. Breakfast was not Raffles Class worth (1). Crew on my inbound flight (9) was much more smiling and serving more drinks (water !), than on my outbound flight.
