Comments:
Thank goodness for the hot chocolate that warmed me up. It can get
really cold on the plane! But breakfast was awful. I had the parsley
omelette set - the omelette was unappetising and the sausage, rubbery.
The leading supervisor came by to ask how breakfast was and I shared
my sentiments. Very quickly, he offered to bring over an extra set
from Raffles Class. I tucked in and found to much dismay that the
Raffles Class meal was no better than that of Economy Class!
Nevertheless kudoes to the leading supervisor for his efforts, and the
inflight crew for such impeccable service.

Comments: Singpore airlines meals can really be hit or miss. This was my partners snack. Large serving but bit rubbery. Yet again still edible. It reminded me of something that had been sitting all morning in a warming pan waiting for the lunchtime crowd to arrive. Biscuit your stock standard chocolate covered with a chocolate biscuit base and a soft chocolate filling. Why do airlines continue servicing food that just is never successful reheated - some thing are okay but pasta and pizza just dont work. Next time serve a chicken salad or a sandwich

Comments: The meal service was slightly delayed due to terbulance at take-off. This meant that it was even more rushed than what it usually is. However, the dishes were delicious! The chicken had the right temperature and texture, and the couscous was just right! I left the potato salad because the crew already started collecting meal trays just as I was about to start on the food. This was one of the better airline dinners that I have had! Thumbs up to Singapore Airlines.

2 choices: Nasi Lemak (traditional malaysian breakfast) with fried chicken, fried fish and eggs. This was accompanied by achar (malaysian pickled vegetables); Western Breakfast consisting of an omlette, chicken sausage, potatoes and mushrooms. Both choices with served with fresh cut fruits.
Drink: Coffee/Tea, water and orange juice.
Comments: Passengers were first served with an empty meal tray (without the main course). A galley steward came around later to present the main meal choices. Despite the short flight, Singapore airlines managed to pull off an excellent business class service. My only regret was that the flight was too short for me to really enoy my meal.

Comments: Wow the portion was actually pretty huge for me!
Nevertheless it was good but the plastic knifes gave me some trouble. Service was more personal on this flight since it had few passengers (4) comparing to the last flight (8). Wendy, the leading stewardess even offered me another refreshment after knowing the plastic knives did no good! Should have taken the offer - just for the sake of airlinemeals.net!
