Meal: Main Snack and Drink Service - Cranberry juice and potato chips
Drink:
Comments: The service was a bit skimpy. Only a small amount of the beverage was offered. The crew did offer re-fills, but they went through the aisle so quickly no one had a chance to say yes. Chips were OK; it would have been better if there was something a bit healthier. I heard some pax ask for another bag, and the crew said they were out (or had to save some for the next flight). The cabin was less than half full and made for a peaceful flight. I would fly USA 3000 more if only they offered a more regular flight schedule .

Comments: USA 3000 begins its flights with a "Sunshine Service" drink service. Offered juics were apple, orange, pineapple, and tropical. It's a nice way to begin a flight, even if they only give a 1/2 cup of juice.

Route: EWR-PIE, 20 Dec 2003
Ticket price: $218 roundtrip
Flight duration: 2hr
Aircraft type & class: Airbus A320-200
Business or leisure trip: Leisure
Meal type: Dinner snack
Contents of the meal: Ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomato wrap; Chips Deluxe cookies; baby carrots; spring water
Drink: Sprite
Comments: No way was I expecting to get a meal like this on this flight, especially with my $109 one-way fare being on the higher end of their spectrum ($49-139 one way). Complimentary movie service, decent seats, great cabin crew, and meal served on a tray made this an excellent flight, I'd not hesitate to fly with them again, they offer, in my opinion, the best inflight product to Florida out of anybody, and they are cheap too. Problem is they operate a limited schedule, usually with one or two weekly flights in either direction, contract out ground handling at EWR, and both flights operated with a 45 minute delay. Still, it didn't matter because nobody was making a connection and the service onboard more than made up for it. Great job!
