Anyway Varig should check it way FA never heat the Soup in the right temperatur I always complain about that. Maybe I´am the only one that have a problem with that. will check by my next flight to FRA next week If the soup remains cold..........

And the worst part, avoid flying the Boeing 767-300, I have flown all the six ones they have on their fleet and they are really old, my seat on Business I could not move , ( and flying back from MIA to GRU on June 25 the same aircraft and the same seat still broken !!!!) Exit door on Y class had two screws that could be removed with your hands, I know that the door will not open, but it looks really bad. So I´am starting to change to TAM and Oneworld partners, getting tired
to wait for improvement on Varig....

Comments: Soup was not really hot, that is always on Varig Flights in C class, only one choice of Dessert, if you want fruits only fruits, if you want cake only cake or only cheese. FA was not really polite telling me that. Brazilian Coffee was cold, after all passangers complained FA change it. Chocolate Bars on the Menu, but food, meal, catering has not deliver it.
Food tasted good, service need to improve. Varig should hire new FA they are not well trained or they do not like their jobs (in all flights !)
