Route: LGW - LOS, 8 Apr 2006
Ticket price:
Flight duration: 6h 30m
Class: business
Aircraft: A320-300
Meal: 3 course meal - Starter was cold starter served in bed of vegs leaves.
The main meal was chicken breast stuffed with a parsely chicken mousse served with red pepper coulis sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, turned carrot and kenyan beans parcel.
dessert was cool too
Drink: loads of drinks im a teetotaller though! so i just settled for fruit juices. lots of red and white wine and champange served
Comments: the meals were o.k and good but not luxurious enough for an upper class meal.
maybe crew service would have helped to add the feeling of luxury in the upper class cuz detailed attention to passengers was lacking[it took forever to clear my table after main meal]

Ticket price: -
Flight duration: 1h 10m
Class: one class only
Aircraft: Airbus 320
Meal: Dinner snack - Processed turkey sandwich on stale bread. Served with warm coke poured from 500 ml bottles into coffee cups. No ice available on board.

Comments: Ridiculously poor and halfhearted attempt at catering from an allegedly full-service carrier. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all.
