Comments: Part of Air Canada's new Executive First revamped Business/First product - a marked improvement over their old International Business Class, which had become pedestrian and predictable, with memories of "economy class". Glad to see the tourist class trolley is no longer cruising the aisles of J class and the 'tourist' style crockery and contents no longer passing itself as haut cusine. Excellent food, great presentation, excellent simplified service for the midnight flight, when most just want to get some sleep. Excellent wine selection with the new "Grape Expectations" programme. Kudos Air Canada - excellent new product and flight.
