Contents: Main course of "Sauteed seabass filet with leek and mustard sauce", served with Japanese rice with mixed mushrooms and oriental vegetables.
Comments: Excellent service by the FAs in a full cabin of 12. There was great turbulence during the flight which made taking pictures difficult! My wife and I were the only 2 to get the soup - they stopped serving it because it was too bumpy and they were afraid it would spill into someone's lap! The pre-departure amuse bouche was nice with Champagne. They didn't offer this on the return lunch from TPE.
Their FAs are the nicest and warmest in the air.

Meal: Lunch - "Hanagoyomi" - An array of 9 appetisers and entrees together with miso soup and cold noodle, served in Japanese style.
1. Ha Sun - Crab meat with turnip, semi dried cod roe
