Meal type: Lunch - This was my seat mate's nearly finished Japanese entree. Somewhere on that tray had been eggplant in jelly, miso soup, fried salmon roll, vinegar marinated squid, braised vegetables, rolled Chinese cabbage with pork, Japanese pickles and Soba (noodles). I had to refer to that flight's menu to list this stuff.
Comments: "My western style meal was okay. My seat mate arrived in Tokyo healthy, so I assume her meal was okay too."
