Chicken tagine with rice; salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and lemon wedge; two rice cakes; margarine; fruit salad with grapes, rockmelon (cantaloupe) and honeydew melon; small cake made from quinoa flour.

Meal was also lactose-free (not requested) - margarine instead of butter, soy milk instead of regular.
