Comments: The flight was only 3 hrs and 20 min and the food service was excellent. Remember that we just had a buffet at the ariport lounge. My wife had the seafood platter and I the gourmet platter. The other two selections were 1) Chef's special with scrambled eggs, creamed morel mushroom fircassee and Maine lobster and 2) vegetarian hotpot - a mix of vegetables, truffles, sauteed wild mushrooms, fennel and truffle sauce with balsamic vinegar. The service was very attentive and professional. Attendants were thoroughly familiar with the wine and cheese selections. Mixing the caviar with cream and a drop of lemon juice makes a difference in the taste.
Rating: (1-10 worst to best) me 8, as I don't like cheese plates or caviar, my wife 10, as she loved everything
