Lots of pea nuts: a welcome change from the barely-a-few packets served on Southwest. The two idlis were hard. Vadas (shaped like donut holes) didn't taste like vadas. Sambar was excellent. I wonder if idlis and vadas are suitable for flights: they are supposed to be served fresh, soft and crisp. Most passengers had loads of shopping bags, especially from the Mustafa store in Sarengoon Road, Singapore. Flight attendants were all Bengali: were very patient and returned courtesy. Take off and landing were smoothest; like on most Indian Airlines A320 flights. Camera brand and type: Minolta Dimage XG |
