The infamous Air Koryo burger! The taste wasn't too bad really. KInd of reminded me of white castle, although the meat/spread was truly identifiable. Much better catering out of Beijing
Appetizer : Chicken mixed salad or kind like that
Main Dishes : grilled Chicken rice
Dessert : bread and chocolatte ice cream
Drink:
Water and Red Wine
Comments:
the Salad is god, also for the grilled chicken, warm and delicious.
The ice cream has a authentic chocolatte good taste.
but for the bread, better not.
the Red Wine taste is too strong and bitter.
Make-your-own coffee with a cute sugar packet and water, which were served fluently through the flight. My option was coffee, with 2 creamers, 4 sugar packets and 1 stirrer. There were Styrofoam cups used in economy, I am not sure about first, At least 3 times were water and coffee service and 1 drink service and "snack " service. Though they were done with snack and drink service, you were still welcome to go to the back galley if you were in economy and get a drink and if you were feeling snacky, you could still buy a snack, even an hour before landing or and hour after snack service!
Drink:
Customized Coffee and water, both at seperate times!
Comments:
I still loved it how they kept on going with the water and coffee service throughout the flight to keep passengers occupied with a drink and how you could go to the back of the plane anytime you would want to and either get a drink or buy a snack and/or meal!
Bought a snack box from the snack box list ( only 2 types of snack boxes were there ) It was $4and you can only pay with credit. It contained a packet of almonds, cheese, crackers, Oreos, and a mint and also your choice of drink, ( I took orange juice ). It came in a cute designed box!
Drink:
Orange Juice, and other drinkswere also served fluently through the flight
Comments:
I insist NOT to buy any snack box onboard US Airways, even if it is a long flight just like mine. The snack box was pretty small and I bet you each individual thing in other stores would have cost a total of approximately $2!
