The meal was served all at once. The pork was very tender and the sauce not over-powering. Glad I didn't skip the late-night meal.

Great catering for such a short flight in economy class; the salmon was fresh, the rice-combination tasty! It took about 40 minutes to get finished.But if there was no spare seat, it would have been more or less narrow.
