Punta Arenas PUQ to Santiago Chile SCL, 2003-02-22
Boeing 737-200, main
Lunch - Roasted lamb, mashed potatoes,
broccoli and carrots, bread roll, butter, white chocolate cake with raspberry
diet coke, Chilean Cavernet Sauvignon, tea
"really good. lamb was perfectly
done (not overcooked), real mashed potatoes (not instant ones). soft,
warm rolls and tasty dessert. Awesome wine selection. Great service with
helpful and friendly (most attractive crew I've seen on the air)."
"The flight attendant had a hard time
explaining what the dish consisted off, "something traditional in
chile, it's a mix between a pancake and a crepe" (she didn't seem
very convinced at all). In all, tasted better than it looked - bit sweet
though. Bread was cold and stale. Fruits were ok
