Satay was as usual good, I wish seconds were
offered. Salad was average, scallops were a bit chewy. The entree was
part of the "Book the Cook" selection. Duck was great, not too
sweet, noodle was bland and veggies looked miserable. Ice cream was as
hard as a rock but was good. Skipped cheese and fruit.

It was very heavy with the sweet sauce, the noodle was great though. Presentation
was top notch. Service was very personal, given that there were only 7
pax in a cabin meant for 24. Carts were never used, trays, wines, and
other drinks were brought out from the cabin individually.

Shrimps with fragrant rice, carrots, and broccoli.
Crab meat cocktail salad. Chocolate bread. Bread roll w/ butter

OJ, packed mineral water, coffee
Comments:
Main course was delicious as well as
the appetizer. Chocolate bread was OK. The other meal choice was a fish,
strange that they offered two seafood choices as not all people eat seafood.
Again, great service by the crew.

The meal doesn't look too appetizing.
The beef was hard, the noodle was too dry, and the veggies looked unfresh.
The sour carrot salad was horrible too. Only good thing was the delicious
cake. Nice service from the crew though.
