Airline caterers plan joint venture

The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a UK-only joint venture and have informed the European Commission. The proposed joint venture will include all existing Alpha and LSG Sky Chefs airline catering, airline retail and ancillary services in the UK, with the exception of Alphas dedicated British Airways operation at Gatwick and its Irish operations.
