PAL gets top chefs for in-flight menus

PAL said its catering operations unit will soon welcome five guest chefs representing different cuisines. The "Master Chef" series, inspired by the hit reality cooking show in Australia, will be led by chef Fernando Aracama, who has a namesake restaurant at The Fort in Taguig City. For the tie-up with PAL, Aracama will share his manok sa tanglad (grilled chicken in lemongrass) with kalo kalo (annatto garlic oil fried rice) and cucumber cilantro salad.
