Hot meal: buckwheat with fried mushrooms and onions. Cold appetizer: sliced fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce leaf), rye bun, package of olive oil for salad dressing. + bag with sugar, salt, pepper, and refreshing napkins 2 pcs.

Soft drinks: "Duchess" soda, drinking water with and without gas (soda and water from "Drinks of Minusinsk", Minusinsk brewery).

I ordered this ration for my grandmother, as well as for my mother, who flew with me, at their request. Unfortunately, while I was busy with my diet, unpacking it, and placing it on narrow tables, I did not have time to notice how both vegan rations had already been eaten... The general view of the unopened ration, everything that I managed to photograph at the beginning.... But some of the content is visible. In addition, I attached a photo of how this diet looks in an airline advertisement when ordering food) I was surprised that even one ordered vegetarian set can be packed into 2 lunchboxes! In one, a hot cassalette and in the second a cold snack.... At the same time, due to lack of space on the table, they threw soda on themselves... Although this was to be expected with this approach. Another big disadvantage here is that the salad dressing is poured into a plastic jar with a slamming lid, which tends to open when pressed or pressure changes (which happened in the end), and it in turn is wrapped in a thin piece of cellophane film... In one diet, the oil remained intact, and in the second it leaked, smearing everything around... For an airplane, these jars are not a very good solution. Polet-Service, specializing in flight catering, had to think about such basic things... When ordering food, it was a salad of fresh vegetables, similar to the Greek one in the photo, that was announced. But in fact, this is not a salad, but rather slicing fresh vegetables into large slices.

Equipment: They managed to put one portion of food in two plastic lunch boxes. One has hot cassalet, the other has a cold snack.
